From the initial point of contact with Vitalyz regarding the acquisition of seated physical exercise training for the elderly, I was greeted with a welcoming and energetic attitude from both Tony and Zoe. All my staff attending the respective training reflected that they found it very interesting and that the exercise methods learnt would provide both physical and mental stimulation for all taking part.
Teaching methods (both physical and theoretical) as well as pro-active encouragement during the training sessions have helped to nurture our staff members to provide really enjoyable exercise sessions with a 100% feed back from all residents, indeed on some occasions even relatives of our residents have taken part in the exercise sessions and have commented on the level of enjoyment experienced by themselves as well as the “FUN FACTOR” experienced and shown by residents body language and good humour.
